How can I book you? 
Just fill in the contact form and I we can discuss the best package for you​​​.

Do you take a deposit? 
Yes i take 20% of the final balance as deposit and the final balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding day and 1 week before your event. 

How far do you travel? 
I travel all over the UK and Europe to sing for your beautiful day. over 25 miles, tael costs will be included and anything over 2 and a half hours, a hotel stay would be required for 2 nights at your expense. 

Do you charge travel? 
Yes, If within the UK, I charge after the first 25 miles at a rate of 50p per mile. the first 25 miles are free.

Can i choose songs not on your list? 
You pick up to 3 song requests when you book your package. If you do choose a custom unique track, I will be able to get this specially made for you for an extra cost of £30 from Acoustic backs and tracks. To add more than 3 songs into your day and extra charge of £50 will be required to source and learn your tracks.

Can we stay in contact with you? 
Off course, I'm available on emails and always a WhatsApp away but due to bookings please allow 24 hours for a reply.

Can we change our mind on song requests? 
yes as long as its 6 weeks before your big day so I can source and learn your songs then thats fine. Anything requested after will be played in the breaks. 

When does the final payment need to be paid? 
6 weeks before your wedding date and 1 week before your event.

Do you offer Last Minute bookings?
If I am available I can definitely take your last minute booking but payment needs to be made in full, 7 days prior to your event and only songs from my list can be chosen

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes , either a monthly plan, a bi monthly plan, quarterly of half payment plans are available. All you do is set up a standing order with your bank to make payments manageable. Payment is due 6 weeks before so a schedule can be created for you at your request. 

What if i need to cancel? 
I understand life may not pan out the way you wanted, and that you may need to cancel. Deposits are non refundable and depending how close to your wedding the date of cancellation is, there may be a charge. All details of cancellations are stated in the terms and conditions which can be sent to you on request.
